Lead the end-to-end development of optimization models for industrial customers, from initial pre-sales calls to final delivery. Act as the primary technical face to the customer, translating complex industrial realities into actionable decision models.
Requires a technical degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics with at least 3 years of experience in industry and consulting. Must be proficient in German (C1) and English, with strong skills in complex modeling and customer-facing communication.

You are not a manager. You are the engineer who owns customer success hands-on: you lead the development projects, you are the face to the customer, and together with an additional tech person you are deep in the use cases yourself, building the models. You like solving problems and selling through substance: you take over from the first customers calls taking their problem apart with them and solving them.
