Les responsabilités comprennent l'embauche et la gestion du rendement ; la gestion du rendement global d'une équipe ; le leadership en favorisant un environnement de travail sécuritaire ; la résolution des problèmes liés aux clients ; la formation d'une équipe sur les techniques de vente efficaces ; la bonne volonté des clients chez le client tout en maintenant un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle ; l'atteinte des objectifs de vente, de profit, d'inventaire et de paie ; la gestion d'un budget et le traitement des problèmes opérationnels qui affectent le service. Le soutien pratique des rapports directs comprend l'accompagnement de nos représentants de service ou la visite des clients seuls, si nécessaire, pour aider à la collecte et à la livraison des produits ou des services ; la conduite d'un véhicule appartenant à l'entreprise pour se rendre chez les clients et en revenir ; le levage, le transport et la marche des produits Cintas dans et hors des comptes des clients tout en maintenant un service de classe mondiale et une bonne volonté envers les clients ; l'exécution de tâches de gestion.
Requis :
- La capacité de répondre aux exigences physiques du poste.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou diplôme d'études collégiales ; un baccalauréat est préférable.
