We're building the next one. And we're looking for an artist who can help make it legendary.

The Role

You'll create maps and environments played by millions. You'll work directly with programmers, designers and founders. On a small team, your work doesn't disappear into a pipeline. It ships. Players see it. It matters.

This role is specifically for someone experienced in building environments directly for Roblox.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality Roblox maps, environments, props and assets

• Build and implement environments directly in Roblox Studio

• Contribute to world-building and visual identity

• Work closely with programmers, designers and other artists

• Optimise environments for large-scale live games

• Take ownership of content from concept through implementation

• Contribute ideas that improve the player experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building maps and environments for Roblox

• Strong Roblox Studio experience

• Experience with Blender, Maya or equivalent software

• Strong understanding of modelling, optimisation and production workflows

• Excellent artistic eye for shape, composition, proportion and colour

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Strong communication skills

Experience working on successful live Roblox games is highly desirable.

Artistic Judgement Matters

Technical skill is important.

Artistic judgement is what separates good artists from great ones.

Many artists can model a building. Far fewer can create an environment that instantly feels right for the game it's built for.

We're looking for artists who understand that memorable game art comes from strong creative decisions, not simply more polygons, more detail or more time spent modelling.

Shape language, silhouette, readability, personality and taste matter.

In many cases, creating the right environment requires less clicking and more thinking.

Location and Working Arrangement

We are open to:

• Permanent employees who are already based in the UK and have the right to work here

• Remote contractors based anywhere in the world

We do not provide visa sponsorship.
