Maintain the physical integrity and operational efficiency of building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ensure a safe environment for tenants and staff through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and general housekeeping.
Requires 3-5 years of related experience and a valid Florida Driver's License with auto insurance. Candidates must be knowledgeable in OSHA and EPA regulations regarding hazardous materials and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Location: Tampa, FL
The Mobile Maintenance Technician will assist the Property Managers, Facility Manager, and Construction Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the property(s). This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable working environment for tenants, visitors and staff. They will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested. In the absence of the Property Managers, Facility Manager, and Construction Manager, the Mobile Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
