The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and providing direct nursing care. They also supervise CNAs and ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in the State of Georgia or be eligible for one. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
