The Sales Associate is responsible for selling and delivering a minimum number of vehicles per month while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Duties include processing sales paperwork, following up with prospects, and maintaining professional conduct in the showroom.
Candidates must have previous automotive dealership sales experience and a valid Colorado Driver's License. A high school diploma or GED and a State of Colorado Auto Industry Salesperson License are required.

Previous dealership Automotive Sales Consultant experience is required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure;
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form;
Ability to solve practical problems;
Ability to use mobile applications
Valid Colorado Driver’s License;
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background, driving, and drug);
Must be at least nineteen years of age.
State of Colorado Auto Industry Salesperson License
Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month;
Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies;
Communicate and follow-up effectively with customers and prospects in all manners of communication;
Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry;
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;
Dress and behave in a professional manner at all times;
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction;
Attend training courses as requested by management;
Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws, which govern retail automobile sales;
Clean snow off vehicles when necessary;
Other duties as required.
Compensation: Pay Range: $83,765 - $161,332 Commission (based on 2025 yearly totals); wage is calculated based on commission sales volume achieved);

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA): Pay Range: $80,424 - $144,080 Commission (based on 2024 yearly totals). Position may offer the opportunity to earn additional/bonus compensation.
