The caregiver will deliver high-quality support by assisting residents with daily living activities and medication administration. They are also responsible for monitoring resident health, maintaining a safe environment, and providing emotional companionship.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a valid Arizona Caregiver Certification. Additionally, a current CPR and First Aid certification, a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a negative TB test are required.

Your expertise in medication administration, adherence to personalized care plans, and collaborative spirit will contribute to exceptional outcomes for each resident. If you are passionate about enriching the lives of seniors with personalized, hands-on care, we want to hear from you.
Medication Administration: Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans.
Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
Emotional Support: Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.
Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.
