The Health Equity Officer provides strategic leadership to address root causes of health inequities and implements culturally responsive policies and programs. They oversee regulatory compliance with DHCS, DMHC, and CMS while collaborating with stakeholders to reduce health disparities.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience and 3 years of leadership in a healthcare organization focusing on quality and operations. Proven experience implementing diversity initiatives for underserved populations and a track record of leading change management are required.
