Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to maintain high service standards and reputation. Manage the FOH team through hiring, training, and workload estimation while ensuring quality control of food and drinks.
Candidates must have culinary industry experience, medium-high wine knowledge, and a commitment for at least 12 months. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

You will be supervising, coordinating, and handling the daily service of FoH. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Restaurant Manager and leads in various tasks:
Supervise daily service and FoH team in the restaurant.
Responsible for LEVANTIN's appearance, reputation, and standards alongside the Restaurant Manager.
Ensure the quality of the servings (wines, cocktails, and dishes) before they reach the guests.
Participate in hiring, managing, and training the FOH team.
Acquire and utilize managerial tools based on our data-driven operations.
Oversee the work of your team and estimate their workload.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Foster a work climate of cooperation and respect among team members.
Work hours are mainly evenings and weekends.
