Manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service to ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and supervising staff training and audits.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in domiciliary or extra care services and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. A proven understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to draft comprehensive care plans is required.

About the role:
· You should be able to draft comprehensive
care plan and Risk assessment.
· We

Main duties –
· Manage the day-to-day
operations of the care service, ensuring that the highest standards of care
provided to all patients.
· Monitor to evaluate
the quality of care provided and ensure that all patient’s needs are met
promptly and efficiently.
· Carry out regular
assessments of patient to identify any changes in their needs and develop
appropriate care plans and update regularly.
· Train staff and ensure
that all staff are adequately trained and supervised to provide the best
possible care for each patient.
· Audit to maintain
accurate records of all patients, care plans and related documentation.
· Liaise with family,
health care professionals and social workers to ensure the best possible care
for each patient.
· Ensure that all
relevant regulations and policies are always adhered to.
· Organise and attend
special trainings along with the staffs delivered by professionals in hospitals
or other settings in the community.
