You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
You have experience leading and managing projects from day one through project completion.
You have demonstrated success in the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
You can demonstrate the ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery
You have led project teams through strong relationships, serving as the primary field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
You can effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
