The Parts Specialist manages the ordering, receiving, and monitoring of autobody parts to ensure timely vehicle repairs. They also handle customer intake, explain the repair process, and perform administrative tasks like invoice posting and payment collection.
Candidates should have basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work collaboratively. Prior experience in collision repair parts and proficiency with CCC One are highly preferred.

Position Summary: The Parts Coordinator role plays a critical role in ensuring the repair process is completed in a timely manner. Parts Coordinator orders, receives, processes and monitors parts throughout the repair process. The Parts Coordinator may also support sublet operation scheduling. This position will work closely with the Location Manager, Estimators and Body Technicians. It is also a responsibility for providing exceptional customer service to all customers and business partners of Chilton Auto Body throughout the repair process. Entry level; autobody collision repair experience a real plus including CCC.
