The Supply Classroom Educator provides flexible classroom coverage to maintain high-quality programming and continuity across campuses. They are responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring child safety, and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Candidates must hold an ECE degree/diploma, ECA, CYW/CYC, or OCT certification and be registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators where applicable. Applicants are also required to meet specific health and safety standards, including a Vulnerable Sector Check and current immunizations.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Supply Classroom Educator plays an essential role in supporting our campuses by providing flexible classroom coverage that maintains continuity and high-quality programming. Reporting to the Centre Director (or Team Mentor when assigned), this role supports curriculum delivery, ensures a safe and nurturing learning environment, and fosters positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
This position is ideal for educators who enjoy variety, adaptability, and contributing to the success of multiple classrooms while supporting the Childventures mission of excellence in early childhood education.
