The FOH Shift Lead is responsible for managing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent service standards. They oversee floor flow, resolve guest issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the shift.
Candidates must have full-time availability, including weekends and peak hours. Prior experience in front-of-house or leadership roles is preferred.
