Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Observes, collects and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
Analyzes assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue
