Lead and oversee a 24/7 crisis intervention program across seven counties, supervising staff and guiding complex clinical and legal decisions. Coordinate program implementation, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with community partners to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Requires a Master's degree in human services or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience. Strong preference for candidates with supervisory experience in crisis intervention or behavioral health and a valid driver's license.
We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Coordinator to lead and oversee crisis services throughout Madison, Greene, Calhoun, Jersey, Macoupin, Montgomery, and Bond Counties. This role is responsible for supervising a 24/7 crisis intervention program, ensuring high-quality, timely response to individuals in crisis, and guiding staff in complex clinical and legal decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in crisis services, the ability to manage high-pressure situations, and a commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care. Preference will be given to applicants who live within these seven counties.

This role is Monday- Friday, Daytime Hours.
The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $49,000 - $55,000 annual salary.
