Candidates need at least 2 years of customer service experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Reliable transportation to the Norcross office and proficiency with computers and scheduling software are required.

When customers call us, they are often stressed, frustrated, or dealing with an urgent plumbing problem. You’ll be the calm, confident first voice they hear. You’ll help customers feel taken care of, keep technicians moving efficiently, and play a major role in the success of the day.
This is not “just answering phones.” This is an important operations role inside a growing company.
