What You Will Experience In This Position:

Technical:

-EHT power distribution:

• To design EHT Panels covering SLD, Wiring diagram, and review of panel GADs.
• Power and control cable design and calculations – Estimation, cable schedule.
• Control and monitoring design.

 - Understanding of Electrical, Hazardous area classifications;

• Understanding client inputs, specifications, scope and to clarify required details from client;
• Accountable for various detailed engineering design and documentation;
• Leading medium/big size project, co-ordination with client;
• Responsible for co-ordination with Client, participate in client meetings;
• Responsible for co-ordination with other departments (Estimation, Procurement, Projects), suppliers and sites;
• Responsible for cost-optimized design of project;
• EHT project design & engineering - accuracy within budgeted time & schedule;
• Comprehension, reading skills of standard Piping Isometric, piping layout and piping GA.

General:

• To support manager for assigned activities to meet project requirement;
• To ensure to conduct following activities when assigned to a project as a team leader:
• To interface with other team members.
• To interface with other departments.
• To interface with clients / suppliers.
• To share and guide other team members technically and in project execution.
• To learn and implement internal tools i.e. Proman, Bluebeam, TcPro, TracerLynx;
• To follow all procedures & formats;
• To follow Electrical Heat Tracing Standard work

You Have:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience in Engineering: Industrial Electrical projects, experience in Power distribution, Panel and Electrical Heat Tracing Design Engineering /Field -Site services.
• 1-3 years+ experience in Electrical Power Distribution, Panel, Transformer engineering and Electrical Heat tracing (preference) etc.
• Good communication skills, Confidence & Team player
• Tools experience: MS-Office, AutoCAD, exposure to 3D tools, advance in Excel (preferred)

This is a full-time contingent position with Chemelex. The selected candidate will work full-time hours, but will be engaged on a contract basis rather than as a direct, permanent employees.
