Apprentices will assist experienced professionals with HVAC and plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations while participating in structured classroom and hands-on training. They are responsible for maintaining clean equipment, communicating professionally with homeowners, and completing academy milestones.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and a strong work ethic. No prior industry experience is required, but applicants must be coachable, dependable, and comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Your journey through the Cheeky Tech Academy starts with classroom instruction, hands-on shop training, and ride-alongs with experienced technicians. Most apprentices complete 8–12 weeks of structured training, and many earn opportunities to advance into Maintenance Technician roles within 2–3 months based on performance.
Maintenance Technician: $18-$24/hour
Service Technician: $20-$40+/hour
Senior Technician: $26-$30/hour
Master Technician: $36-$40+/hour
