The Grants and Contracts Officer will manage the lifecycle of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with guidelines and organizational standards. They will also support program staff with proposal preparation, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in grants and contracts management, preferably in a non-profit setting. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in contract review and compliance.
CHCS is seeking a Grants and Contracts Officer to join its Finance team. This position will support the administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and contributing to the successful execution of funded projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in grants and contracts management, coupled with paralegal experience to assist in the review, negotiation, and administration of legal agreements.

Salary Range: $78,107 - $121,067. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized skills, and responsibilities. We typically hire new team members at the introductory portion of this range to allow for future growth and progression within the role.
