The ROI Specialist, Customer Service Representative, and Audit Specialist will manage secure and compliant release of information workflows for healthcare facilities. These roles ensure that healthcare organizations can focus on patient care by handling all aspects of the information release process.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with medical records and customer service is strongly preferred.

Positions are full time - day shift Monday - Friday with occasional voluntary weekend work.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with medical records and/or customer service strongly preferred.
