The Fund Analyst provides high-quality analytics, reporting, and strategic insights for a $16bn+ retail portfolio to support investment decisions. The role involves preparing reports for senior leaders and the Board while supporting transaction analysis and capital management initiatives.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in real estate funds management and advanced proficiency in financial modelling using Microsoft Excel. A degree in finance, business, property, or a related commerce discipline is required.
