The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for field sales and fundraising roles across the UK. They will partner with operational leaders to build talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidates must have previous experience in recruitment or resourcing, specifically within sales or customer-facing sectors. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting business growth by building exceptional fundraising teams that make a real difference.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting door-to-door and private site field sales candidates nationwide. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates through to offer, ensuring Charity Link continues to attract and retain the very best talent.
Working closely with Area Managers, Team Managers and operational leaders, you'll develop talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and help achieve regional hiring targets across the UK.
