Available: September, 2026
Position Status: 1 Permanent Full-Time position
YOU WILL:
- Perform gift entry into the donor database with adherence to all relevant legislations, policies and procedures;
- Search the donor database for existing records and create new records;
- Extract standard reports from the database to verify information for complete accuracy;
- Investigate donor inquiries related to donations and receipting issues;
- Handle the daily mail, including opening incoming mail and processing outgoing mail;
- Prepare batches for gift entry in the absence of the Gift Administration Coordinator;
- Maintain the physical filing and organization of donation documentation.
- Perform other general duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:
- 1+ year(s) experience in office administration with database entry (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM or Know Your Donor System or KYDS experience an asset);
- College diploma in Business Administration and/or demonstrated experience in equivalent role;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint);
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and have an aptitude for numbers;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written);
- Ability to constantly reprioritize work in a fast-paced, service oriented environment;
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: : $39,264.00 – $46,193; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $55,431.00 with demonstrated experience and proficiency. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications
