Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs. Manage the service process from scheduling and estimating costs to providing progress updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requires previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with Ford vehicles, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and pass a background check and drug screen.
