Responsible for managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, including quoting, negotiation, and closing for customers. Additionally, designs and automates sales operation processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Account Management team's revenue generation.
Requires a detail-oriented professional capable of minimizing churn through effective negotiation and data-driven prioritization. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and a drive for process standardization and automation are highly valued.
AM(Account Management Team)팀은 채널톡 주요 고객사의 장기적인 성공을 책임지는 파트너입니다. AM팀은 채널톡의 Revenue를 만드는 세일즈 조직입니다. 고객과 가장 가까운 자리에서 비즈니스 문제를 발견하고, 제품 활용 전략과 컨설팅으로 고객의 실제 성과를 만들어냅니다. 그리고 그 성과를 리텐션과 업셀로 연결하는 것이 우리 팀의 핵심 역할입니다.
이 포지션은 두 개의 축을 동시에 맡습니다. 하나는 계약 갱신(Renewal)의 처음부터 끝까지 — 고객에게 견적을 제안하고 조건을 조율하는 단계부터, 합의 후 결제·계약 세팅을 마무리하는 단계까지 직접 책임지는 일입니다. 다른 하나는 AM 세일즈팀의 운영(Sales Ops) — 견적부터 결제·갱신까지 이어지는 프로세스를 자동화하고 표준화해, 팀 전체가 더 빠르고 정확하게 매출을 만들 수 있는 기반을 설계하는 일입니다.
