The sales representative will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate tire sales in person, via phone, and through email. They are also responsible for documenting sales, managing returns, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience in customer service or a call center. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work on Saturdays are mandatory requirements for this role.
