Champagne Glass & Door is looking for an AP/AR Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear when they call, text, or walk into our showroom. You'll turn inquiries into booked estimates, keep our invoicing data clean and current, and make sure nobody who reaches out to us ever feels like just a ticket number. No accounting degree needed. If you're organized, warm on the phone, and comfortable learning new software, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Answer calls, emails, and texts promptly and warmly - every inquiry gets a real conversation.
• Capture lead details and follow up on web, QR-code, and home show inquiries until they become booked estimates.
• Greet showroom visitors and route warranty/service requests to the right person.
• Log supplier invoices in Dext and prepare the bi-weekly payables list for approval (data entry only - you're not releasing payments).
• Track customer invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, and keep records current in Jobber.
• Flag anything financial or unclear to the bookkeeper or Owner rather than guessing - we'd rather you ask.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in customer service, front desk, or call centre work. Construction or trades experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Confident and friendly on the phone, with the persistence to follow up rather than let a lead go cold.
• Comfortable with data entry and picking up new software like Jobber and Dext.
• Reliable, punctual, and glad to work in-office - this role is the face of our company, so being here matters.
• Someone who'd rather ask a question than guess and hope.
