  • Safely navigate and park the mobile unit at event sites, accounting for size, clearance, and site accessibility.
  • Assist clinical/outreach staff with basic set-up and break-down logistics related to the mobile unit as needed (e.g., leveling, generator/power hookup, stabilization — adjust based on actual unit configuration).
  • Coordinate scheduling and routing with clinical and outreach staff to ensure the mobile unit arrives ready for patient care activities.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Compliance Duties:

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on both the van and mobile clinic unit, documenting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
  • Ensure vehicle is properly fueled and ready for use.
  • Report maintenance needs promptly and coordinate scheduled service, inspections, and repairs with the appropriate department.
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized, and presentable condition inside and out.
