The Quality Technician ensures consistent production quality by developing manufacturing practices, performing audits, and validating procedures. They are responsible for testing products, tracking failures, and implementing corrective actions to improve production metrics.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in complex production and manufacturing roles with exposure to quality control implementation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret engineering schematics are required.

A quality technician is responsible for assuring consistent production quality by developing and enforcing; manufacturing practices, lean processes, validating procedures, performing audits, handling system improvements & providing documentation. This position requires strong attention to details, while developing and following quality processes.
