The Production Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and leading a field team of painters and subcontractors. They must schedule projects and conduct site visits to ensure high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have proven experience in leadership and people management along with strong organizational and scheduling skills. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and a passion for developing teams is required.
