The associate is responsible for meeting with potential clients to provide customized painting proposals and developing new business. They also manage painting projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion while maintaining customer satisfaction.
A 2+ year degree and prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and strong interpersonal skills.
