The Residential Production Manager oversees the operational core of the residential painting division, coordinating crews and managing project schedules to ensure gross margin goals are met. They serve as the primary customer contact, guiding color selection and resolving concerns to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in production, operations, or customer-facing roles, with supervisory experience strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a significant advantage.
