About the Role:
Central Florida Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at a partner ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) center in Winter Garden. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, child-focused environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Assist in developing and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals and needs

Document therapy sessions, progress, and updates in accordance with clinical guidelines

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

Support and educate families on therapeutic exercises and home activity programs

Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in occupational therapy, particularly within pediatric and ABA settings
Qualifications:

Current Florida licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program

Prior experience in a clinical or pediatric setting preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental progress
