Provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for business and program support functions, including HR, Finance, IT, and Logistics, at the Savannah River Site. Acts as a key advisor to senior executives to shape corporate policies and ensure operational excellence within a federal contracting environment.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least 12 years of business management experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. Must have deep expertise in federal contracting (FAR, CAS, DCAA) and the ability to obtain a DOE 'Q' security clearance.
Centerra-Savannah River Site (SRS) is seeking a visionary, high-caliber executive to serve as the Program Support Division Director at the SRS in Aiken, South Carolina. This pivotal role delivers strategic leadership, executive direction, and comprehensive administrative oversight for all business and program support functions supporting critical national security infrastructure.
Operating within a highly regulated federal government contracting environment, the Division Director serves as a key advisor to senior executive leadership. You will shape corporate policies, long-range goals, and business strategies designed to maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and maximum efficiency. If you are an accomplished executive with a sophisticated understanding of federal contracting, government cost accounting, complex logistics, and human capital strategy, this is an extraordinary opportunity to drive a mission-critical program forward.
