Maintain a visible security presence to ensure a safe environment and manage site access through regular checks. Respond professionally to incidents, de-escalate situations, and maintain accurate security records.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in New Zealand, and hold or be able to obtain a NZ COA security licence. A clean criminal record and flexibility to work varied shifts are required.

About Us:
Work across a number of different sites in the region including construction, retail, healthcare, tertiary, and more!
Have guaranteed hours each week
Work either a Thursday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday roster
Work in your area - sites in either South/Central areas or North/West
Full time and part time hours on offer and competitive pay rate - paid weekly!
Fixed term for 6 months with opportunities for permanent work and career development at the end of the contract

Duties can include but aren't limited to:
Be a friendly and visible security presence, helping create a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Manage access to the site, carry out regular security checks, and keep an eye out for any safety issues.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, helping to de‑escalate situations while treating everyone with respect.
Keep accurate records, reporting any incidents or concerns clearly and on time.
Work closely with your team and site partners to support a safe, inclusive environment for all.
About You:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
Ability to work as part of a supportive team and respond positively to challenges.
No prior security experience is required but is beneficial – full training and support is provided.
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in New Zealand
Hold, or be able to obtain, a current NZ COA (Certificate of Approval) security licence
Clean criminal conviction record
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
