The BCBA provides clinical oversight and mentorship to mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians while managing a balanced caseload. Key duties include ensuring quality ABA programming, collaborating with families, and implementing the latest ABA technologies.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and possess strong leadership and collaboration skills. Experience supervising clinical teams is preferred, along with a passion for ethical, outcome-driven care.

💰 Competitive Salary: $87,000-$102,000 (Based On Experience) + Bonus Opportunities
