Lead enterprise-wide process improvement activities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and performance. Consult with senior leadership to provide analysis and guidance on performance gaps and best practices.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement, preferably within the healthcare industry. A Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification and an MBA or MHA are preferred.

Position Purpose: Identify, facilitate and lead enterprise wide process improvement activities utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to design and improve processes that support business infrastructure and performance.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. MBA or MHA preferred. 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or related process improvement experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software.
Highly preferred experience supporting Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP)/Dual Eligible populations, Medicaid, ACA Marketplace/Exchange, Commercial products and operational processes.
Licenses/Certifications: LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
