Lead and supervise revenue cycle staff while monitoring productivity and optimizing workflows for billing, coding, and collections. Act as a liaison to executive leadership by providing strategic insights and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines.
Requires at least five years of experience in insurance reimbursement and billing services for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Advanced proficiency in eClinicalWorks and previous managerial experience are necessary.
