Finance Assistant (Fixed-term)

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Budapest team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with an immediate start.

If you enjoy working on a variety of finance-related tasks, have strong attention to detail, and are enthusiastic to gain experience in an international company, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Recording and tracking incoming supplier invoices
• Simplified accounting for supplier invoices
• Issuing late payment interest invoices based on available calculations
• Tracking and administration of supplier invoice payments
• Active participation in audits and various financial projects
• Supporting the financial team’s daily work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business administration, and at least one year of experience in finance or accounting field OR
• At least three years of relevant prior work experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable in your work
• Good English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate confidently with colleagues and external partners
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
