Build and develop strategic relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across Thailand to expand the availability of stem cell products. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and product presentation through to onboarding and long-term account management.

Requirements

Seeking a driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and fluency in both Thai and English. Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is preferred but not required.

Making high-quality stem cells available across Southeast Asia.

Cellcolabs Asia is the Southeast Asian commercial arm of the Swedish biotechnology company Cellcolabs. Building on more than 25 years of research at Karolinska Institutet and GMP-certified manufacturing in Stockholm, our mission is to make high-quality mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) more accessible to physicians and patients across the region.

As we continue to expand in Thailand and Southeast Asia, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven sales professional to join our commercial team in Bangkok.

What you'll do

  • Build and develop relationships with clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals across Bangkok and Thailand.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

  • Present Cellcolabs' products, quality standards and scientific foundation to healthcare providers.

  • Manage the sales process from first contact through onboarding and long-term account management.

  • Represent Cellcolabs Asia at conferences, events and customer meetings.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Thailand as well as with our commercial, medical and operational teams in Sweden and across our international organization.

Who we're looking for

  • A driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Experience from healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices or a related industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in Thai and English.

  • Based in Bangkok or the surrounding area, or willing to relocate.
