The Design Consultant guides homebuyers through the selection of finishes, fixtures, and layouts to personalize their homes. They coordinate with internal teams, trades, and suppliers to ensure selections are accurate and completed on schedule.
Candidates must have post-secondary education in interior design or a related field and at least 2 years of professional design experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.
