Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via various digital communication channels. Provide medication support and remote patient monitoring for cardiometabolic health under physician supervision.
Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the CDR and hold necessary state licenses. Requires a HIPAA-compliant home workspace and a commitment to at least 20 hours per week without full-time employment elsewhere.
