The Match Bench Assembler is responsible for sorting engine components and checking for defects to improve process efficiency. They will perform various manual and machine-based tasks to prepare components for shipment throughout the manufacturing stages.
Candidates must have at least 3 months of experience in a manufacturing or engine maintenance role. They must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to interpret technical documents like schematics and blueprints.

We design and manufacture the most comprehensive lineup of large diesel and natural gas engines in the industry, as well as engine components and powertrains.
As a Match Bench Assembler at Caterpillar Pontiac, you will continuously improve process efficiency by sorting engine components and checking for defects.
