The Project Manager oversees the financial success and planning of construction projects while coordinating with architects, engineers, and owners. They are responsible for maintaining project schedules, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring all work remains within scope and budget.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience with a general contractor. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
