Organize and lead mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and financial projections. Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors while maintaining strong client engagement throughout the construction cycle.
Requires 4-6 years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial projects, and a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering. Must be proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction safety regulations.

Summary: As a Project Manager your main responsibility is to organize and lead mid-to-large-scale commercial projects. Our project focus includes ground up construction of commercial, multifamily residential, medical, religious, senior living, and education buildings. A Project Manager at Catalyst oversees project schedules, budgets, and financials. This includes developing and maintaining financial projections. You would also be working to cultivate client engagement and build trust through the construction cycle. The ideal candidate demonstrates resourcefulness, a focus on clients, and commitment to their responsibilities. Project managers are expected to improve their problem-solving abilities and adapt to working in a fast-paced environment.
