The Front Desk Attendant manages resident requests, greets guests, and handles administrative tasks to ensure exemplary service. They are also responsible for monitoring security systems, tracking packages, and escalating issues to the Property Manager.
A high school diploma is required, and at least one year of administrative or hospitality experience is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs.
