The Leasing Manager develops marketing strategies, monitors market trends, and works closely with property management to achieve revenue goals and maintain a strong community reputation. The Leasing Manager oversees a team of leasing professionals to always ensure maximum occupancy of rental units. This role will oversee the completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
