The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and implementing individualized treatment programs based on physical therapy principles. This includes developing corrective exercises, documenting progress in EMR, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
