The LPN provides inpatient cardio-pulmonary care by administering medications, managing IV fluids, and performing specialized clinical tasks like trach and ostomy care. They collaborate with RNs and physicians to document assessments and coordinate patient care plans.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
